When purchasing from our online store, Torso Electronics gives you a 14-days right of withdrawal drom the date of delivery. Torso Electronics has a worldwide flat $39/€39 return fee per product to cover shipping costs and handling.

Faulty products that have been purchased from our online store can be replaced, repaired or refunded within 14 days after delivery.

For products that become faulty after the 14 days guarantee, we offer a two-years limited warranty. Please refer to the warranty section in our terms for more information.
